The Jin lab is located at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.

We are combining multi-omics approaches, advanced imaging and mouse genetic models to address the fundamental questions in cancer immunology and mucosal immune-microbiota interaction. Our research aims to advance the understanding of the fundamental immunobiology of tumorigenesis, and provide novel strategies and targets for cancer prevention and treatment.
